Custom Bloody Marys, great food, and live music – the makings of a perfect Sunday afternoon!  The inaugural “Great Bloody Mary Mix Off” is a fundraising event to benefit Comprehensive Bleeding Disorders Center’s (CBDC) community outreach programming efforts.  Since 1996, CBDC has been serving Illinois’ bleeding and clotting disorders communities by providing support and treatment options in nearly 75% of Illinois’ 100+ counties.

Peoria bars and restaurants will compete to determine who has the best Bloody Marys in central Illinois.  Categories include: “Spiciest” Bloody Mary, “Best-Dressed” (most creative garnish) Bloody Mary, and the coveted “BEST OVERALL” Bloody Mary.  Attendees will taste test and decide.
